Participants who would like to make a presentation at the conference must submit an application sheet, form-A, with an abstract (Both PDF format and Word files) as an attached file of an e-mail to (submit-iketani@choukaisou.com). You may down-load the Form-A with abstract template for the preparation below. Abstracts must be written in English. Submit the abstract (PDF format) no later than July 31, 2008. You will receive e-mail of confirmation for the receipt of your abstract from the secretariat shortly after submission. A limited number of submitted papers will be selected as oral by the Committee, and other papers as posters. The poster boards are 180 cm high x 90 cm wide.
