Conference proceedings will be published as a special issue of Synthetic Metals, Elsevier.

Participants are encouraged to submit their manuscripts with the content presented at the conference.

The standard length of each paper should be less than 6 pages for oral presentation and 4 pages for poster presentation.

The paper should be submitted through the on-line Elsevier Editorial System. The authors must select "Special Issue: Super-Hierarchical Struc", when they reach "the Article Type " step on Web.

The deadline for manuscript submission is 31 Oct. 2008, because of short term reviewing of 3 months.

The submitted manuscript will be reviewed and selected for publication by the standard criteria of Synthetic Metals.

The charge for publication is included in the registration fee.
