You will be able to make registration on our Web site from May, 2008
After August 1st, 2008, any cancellation costs 50% of the registration fee.
After Oct 1st, 2008, any cancellation costs 80% of the registration fee.
Important notice for Students:
Students must confirm their student status, by presenting a document
such as the Student ID card, Library ID card or a Certificating Letter
that must be signed by a Supervisor or Head of Department.
Students must present the student certificate at the Registration
Desk before receiving the conference material.
Important notice for Non-Residents in Japan:
Participants who requires an invitation letter from the conference
chair for the visa purpose are asked to contact the conference
Secretary (secretary@choukaisou.com) before end of July.
